When you hear the term Psychology, one may perceive it to be a boring science that college students study. However, little do we realize that Psychological studies unconsciously, are those things that we do everyday without noticing it.
Psychology can be defined as the study of the mind and how it is interrelated to human behavior.
Whilst there are aspects of Psychology that may require in depth research and observatory study, there are basic things that the average person can understand and apply to make their daily lifestyle easier.
With this being said, since the majority of people are already using psychology unknowingly, wont you think it would be quite beneficial if you learnt just a tad bit more of it, and make psychology work for you? When you understand what predicts some of your negative behavior patterns, you can then be better able to change the behavior and make things better for yourself and the people being affected by it.

ReplyDeleteYes, Yes and Yes. often i wish life came with its very own personal guide book that we can read to assist us with everyday life. But unfortunately life doesn't work this way. For me having a good friend to speak with or just to vent to or laugh with and a tall class of wine/ something alcoholic to consume soothes the many trying times. my personal trick to dealing with the though times.
